– Is experienced with high technique
– Knows how to teac
– Is willing to teach

2)   Work Hard in Practice (二苦練)
– Student requires  time , venue , equipment and power
– Practice in a correct way and with proper theories

3)   Attack but do not hurt your enemies  (三要當頭手不善)

4)   Avoid sexuality (四節色)

5)   Eat good and healthy food (五補食)
– Keep yourself in the best possible condition (mental and physical)

6)   Be resilient to pain (六要雄捱標打力)

7)   Keep fit (七氣長)

8)   Practice with Sound (八發響)
– the sound “sik” must be produced to release the power and impose the will

9)   Be pre-emptive towards enemies (九敵奇逢來不讓)

10) Keep  regular routine (十要日久多磨推不動)
